Institution of Provident
Fund:-
The
University shall institute a Provident Fund styled “the Kerala University
Employees’ Provident Fund”.
2.
Scope of the Fund:-
The
Provident Fund instituted under Ordinance 1 shall apply to all the teaching and
non-teaching staff of the University.
3.
Application of the rules
regarding Kerala General Provident Fund:–
The
rules regarding the General Provident Fund, Kerala shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Provident Fund instituted under
Ordinance 1.
4.
Pension:-
The
teaching and non-teaching staff of the University shall be entitled to pension
in accordance with the provisions in the Kerala Service Rules made applicable
to them by the Statutes.
