Kunjukrishnan Nadar Memorial Government Arts and Science College, Kanjiramkulam, is located near the coastal area of Neyyattinkara Taluk of Thiruvananthapuram district. The College formally started functioning in October1982. It was shifted to a new building on 01-04-1996.There are 21 members on the teaching staff of the College of whom four have Ph.D., Six teachers are doing research leading to Ph.D. The members of the non-teaching staff is 24.

 

Even though the college is situated in a backward area and index marks for the Degree admissions are not very high, the college, by the earnest efforts taken by the members of the staff, is showing remarkable progress in the results of the University Examinations.

The Parent-Teacher Association , lends a helping hand to the day to day functioning of the college.

The old Students Association takes sincere interest in the development of the college. The college also enjoys the whole hearted co-operation of the people of the locality and the local bodies.
